Vintage Ray-O-Vac Hunter Flashlight UPGRADED. Rare condition! BRIGHT! Efficient!

Look around eBay for these flashlights and you will see quite a few in very poor condition and yet are still functional. Now imagine this same amazing flashlight that is bright, clean with an LED upgrade. This flashlight is in pretty rare condition. It has been fully ungraded to LED and is now super bright with a long lasting bulb. The flashlight is designed for eight "D" cell batteries, but an adapter is included that allows for four batteries (with the efficient LED bulb, 4 "D" cell batteries will last far longer than eight and an old tungsten bulb). Rechargeable "D" cell batteries will also work beautifully. The battery compartment is pretty clean and corrosion free.
The fire engine red color, metal and glass construction, ergonomic design, and swivel head make for a very functional and attractive handheld flashlight/lantern. It is now an energy efficient, super bright flashlight! It will last a lifetime if not longer.
